Project Description
On June 11th, 2024, at the Auditorium della Conciliazione in Rome, the TIM Enterprise Business Unit Convention took place. TIM Enterprise provides businesses and public administration with 360-degree digital solutions that are innovative, sustainable, and secure. The event gathered approximately 1,000 attendees, and we contributed to its success both technically and creatively, providing over 18 professionals, including projectionists, LED technicians, light designers, video directors, cameramen, set designers, and motion designers.
Based on the brief shared by the client, our creative team developed the perfect visual package for the event, designing static and animated backgrounds, logo animations, and BDVs, all created specifically according to the actual LED stage setup. The stage featured a central screen of 14×5 meters, accompanied by two pairs of lateral totems of different sizes (200×400 cm and 100×300 cm).
All media content was managed using two Watchout servers.
